Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through Membership 

The WCCIS, regulated by the Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO) under the Trade Organization Act Rule No. 2013, is dedicated to supporting and empowering women entrepreneurs in Sialkot.  Our vibrant community offers a platform for networking, professional development, and business growth.  Becoming a member is a great way to connect with like-minded women, access valuable resources, and take your business to the next level.

The Membership Process 

Joining the WCCIS is an easy step-by-step process.  Here's how to get started: 

1.      Download the Membership Form: You can download the membership application form directly from our website.  

2.      Complete the Form: Fill out the form completely, providing all the necessary information. 

3.      Gather Required Documents: 

A.     For New Membership: 

·         Business Individual NTN Number 

·         Form 181 (copy) 

·         Two passport-sized photographs 

Ø  Additional Documents for Specific Business Types: 

·         Proprietorship:  Copy of CNIC of the sole proprietor

·         Partnership:   

1.       Partnership Deed (copy)

2.       Form C

3.       CNIC copies of all partners.

·         Directorship:

1.       Memorandum and Articles of Association attested by SECP

2.       Certificate of Incorporation

3.       Form ‘29’

4.       Form ‘A’ if the company has been incorporated for more than 18 months

5.       CNIC of all directors.

 

B.     Membership Renewal: 

·         Income Tax Return (copy) for the previous year.  

 

4.       Submit your Application:

You can submit your application through any of the following ways:

A.     Online: Once completed, you can return the scanned copies of the application form and required documents via email at sialkot@wccis.pk

B.     In Person: Visit the WCCIS office and submit your application package along with the required documents. 

 

Types of Membership

  The WCCIS offers two membership categories: 

1.       Associate Class:  This membership level is for properietorship or partnerships. This refers to businesses with an annual turnover of less than 50 million rupees.

The annual fee for Associate Class membership is PKR 3500. 

 

2.       Corporate Class: This membership also caters to established businesses seeking a wider range of benefits with an annual turnover of 50 million rupees or more.

Additionally, legally independent entities (body corporate), multinational corporations headquartered in Pakistan, or sales tax registered business concerns (both manufacturing or non-manufacturing) can also qualify without any condition of minimum annual turnover.

The annual fee for Corporate Class membership is PKR 4200.

 

Important Note: There is no difference in the services and privileges offered to members of either class.  The only distinction lies in the membership fee for both classes.
